At F5 Clinic, we believe this is a breach of customer trust and goes against our values and principles. We do NOT have any sales targets. We measure our success using only two metrics - customer satisfaction and customer referrals.

Walk into F5 Clinic and you will be greeted by the reception team who will check you in and give you a consultation form to fill in prior to your appointment.
BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS
F5 Clinic confirms all clients bookings via phone and sends a reminder 24hrs prior to your appointment. We require up to date and correct details from you at the time of booking in order for us to confirm your service.
YOUR ARRIVAL
Arriving early is a great idea as you can take your time to fill the form before your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
Depending on your arrival time we will determine how much of the service we are able to offer. We will do everything we can to accommodate late arrivals, but in some circumstances appointments may have to be rescheduled.
APPOINTMENT TIMES
All appointment times quoted are hands on with your doctor or therapist.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for personal possessions lost at our premises.
HEALTH CONCERNS
Please let us know before your treatment if you have any concerns regarding your health including if you are currently being treated for any ongoing medical condition. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant so that we can advise on treatments that are safe for pregnancy.
PATCH TESTS
Patch Tests are required on certain services including laser hair removal, semi-permanent make-up, skin perfecting laser treatment. In most cases these are 24 or 48 hours in advance, but please ask your doctor or therapist for more information. In the rare instance that you may experience a reaction, we ask that you inform F5 Clinic within 24 hours.
TRANQUILITY
To make the most out of your time with us and in respect for other clients, please ensure your mobile phone is switched off during your visit.
CHILDREN & PETS
Children are permitted in the reception area, however no children are permitted to accompany their parents into a treatment room.
Pets are not allowed within our premises.

Our goal is to make sure all of our clients receive the very best service and experience possible, and your feedback is extremely important to us. If you would like to share your positive experience, offer thoughts and suggestions or let us know when something has not reached your expectations, we would love to hear from you. You can either speak to a member of the team in person or contact us.
PACKAGES
Packages are non-refundable and unless stated to you in writing, treatments included in each package must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase. Treatments not used within the expiry period will be lost, and cannot be refunded or transfered to another patient.

We regularly hold exclusive events, launch new and innovative services and offer exciting special promotions. Offers are limited to one Offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. F5 Clinic reserves the right to change prices, promotions or age restrictions where necessary at any time.
